I work in design and construction so I knew what would be a reasonable price when I started the process of finding someone to install my backyard patio and seating wall. Green Thumb's initial quote was not only reasonable, it was the lowest out of the 4 bids I received AND they provided a great drawing that illustrated exactly what I would be paying for so that I knew we were on the same page before they started the work. I'm watching the Green Thumb crew work right now and they are really paying attention to detail and everything is looking wonderful. Michael was quick to respond to my inquiry about his services. His proposal was reasonable and in line with what I expected cost wise. I love the way the my back patio looks now! They built a new fence, installed flagstone and bull rock to cover my back patio area, stained the new fence, installed lighting and a new fountain, built a small trellis and planted star jasmine in front of it. (He even went and picked up the fountain for me at no extra charge.) He and his workers were very polite - no fuss over anything. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely use him again

Green Thumb was suggested to us by the local stone company we visited. We called Green Thumb, and were able to schedule an appointment in a few days.They were very accommodating to our calendar. They listened to what we had envisioned, and presented us a sketch to work from, and modify, within just a few days.. It was refreshing to work with a Company that put into their plans, what we wanted, but with their expertise and guidance. Too often these type of companies present a cookie cutter approach. The landscaping was done in a professional manner, and completed on time We incorporated, stone, plants, bushes, and pieces of outdoor art. Mike did an excellent job with our Heights backyard patio. Our space was small, but we wanted to do a lot with it. He drew us two designs at no cost, and started right away. Within 4 days the project was complete without any hiccups. He put poured slab, laid flagstone, incorporated lighting, sprinklers, and plants. A couple of days after the project was complete he called to make sure everyting was perfect, then stopped by the next day to neaten the edges of the flagstone and wash the residue off. He volunteered to stop by in week to ensure all the plants would take. Mike knows how to treat his customers, and does the best work in town. We intereviewed several other landscapers, and Mike's price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Mike and Green Thumb.
